How do I print an error message?

1. Click once on the error message
2. Press Alt+Print Screen (the key may read PrtScr) on your keyboard

You have just copied the error message

3. Go to Microsoft Word or Microsoft Excel (almost any application will work).
4. Press Ctrl+V (this is the keystroke for Paste)
5. You should see the error message.  You can now print the document or save it and e-mail it. 

What is Malware?

Malware (malicious software) is any program installed or running on your computer without your consent.  This includes spyware, adware, viruses, trojans, worms, rootkits, crimeware, botnets, keystroke loggers.  It gets on your computer in many ways, including  -

• Installing itself from an e-mail attachment that you double-click on
• It can jump on your computer by you merely visiting a website (even well respected web sites have been compromised)
• When you download a software, especially free software, from a website, sometimes through the EULA you actually give permission to download other hidden software.

Since malware-for-profit has increased, it is difficult to prevent it all.  Yes, it's not a hobby anymore - people are getting paid to write programs which steal financial information, medical information - any information they can use or sell.   

EULA

The End User License Agreement.  When you download software you are asked to agree with the End User License Agreement before you can down it.  When you buy physical CDs and DVDs the EULA is on a label you must break before you can get to the CD or DVD.  Breaking the label means you agree to the End User License Agreement.
