Upgrades
New software versions are released all the time.  Some of these upgrades are needed; others create more problems than they solve.  Before you upgrade (or update) your software, let us evaluate whether it is necessary or possibly problematic. 
Employee Acceptance
A major part of a smooth, effective and xxx rollout is minimizing employee resistance and increasing employee acceptance.  This is more art than science and we are experienced at this. 
Testing
Even software from well-known companies should not be installed without testing.  Do you have the staff and equipment to test your proposed system before possible disruption by an untuned system. 
Training
Shorten the learning curve and reduce employee frustration by training employees on how to use your new system.
